Get yourself a big ol’ bone-in ham steak. Then, put a little orange marmalade (maybe a 1/4 cup) in a small bowl and stir in a tablespoon or so of water (just to thin it out). Brush it on the steak and slap it on the grill. It only needs about 5 minutes per side and it’s done.
Try it for breakfast, too. It’s awesome with eggs!
